Who it's for

Made for all kinds of Kiwi businesses

Whether you sell products or services, quote jobs or tender for work.

Tradies and builders

Website enquiries straight onto the board, a quote with GST from the ute, and a nudge when it's time to follow up.

Product-based businesses

Track wholesale and stockist enquiries, send GST quotes and follow up re-orders, so no buyer slips through the cracks.

Agencies and studios

Every proposal, email and reply on the deal, with opens and clicks, so you know when to pick up the phone.

Professional services

Accountants, consultants and advisers: a tidy pipeline of prospects and follow-ups without a big CRM's price or setup.

Tender-based businesses

Track questions-close and submission deadlines with reminders, score go/no-go, keep capability statements and insurance certificates ready to attach, and see your win rate.

What it does

A CRM for New Zealand businesses, with everything you need to win the work.

No forty-tab setup and no add-on store. These are all live in DealMate today.

A pipeline you can see

Every deal on one board, in the stages you choose. Drag it along from New to Won, or tap a stage on your phone.

Email on every deal

Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 and emails with your contacts sync onto their deals, threaded as conversations. Gmail sync is in early access. Any email app works with BCC logging.

Open, click and reply tracking

See when a customer opens your email, clicks a link or replies, right on the deal. Opens from privacy features and link scanners are labelled, not counted as real.

Every plan

Follow-up sequences

Set up a series of follow-up emails once. Each one goes out on schedule and the sequence stops by itself when the customer replies.

Pro and Business

Quotes with GST

Line items, quantities, discounts and cents. 15% GST for NZ customers, zero-rated for overseas ones. Send a link or PDF; when they accept online, the deal moves to Won.

Every plan

Xero, built in

Send a deal to Xero as a draft invoice or quote with the lines and GST from your quote. Products and contacts sync, each customer shows their spend and overdue invoices, and Today reminds you when they're due to reorder. More about Xero →

Pro and Business

Website enquiry forms

Put a DealMate form on your website. Each enquiry lands on the board as a new deal and the team gets an email straight away.

Company records with logos

Companies get their logo and details filled in from their own website, so your list looks right without the typing. Upload your own logo for quotes, forms and emails.

An app for your phone

Install DealMate on your iPhone or Android home screen. Pipeline, today's tasks, contacts and email, sized for your thumb.

Agreements with e-signing

Send an agreement from your template, get it signed online, and keep the signed PDF with its audit trail on the deal, with sent, viewed and signed status.

Every plan · Starter sends 3 a month

Tenders

Track questions-close, submission and decision dates, with reminders on Today and in your morning email. Score go/no-go before you bid, keep capability statements, CVs and certificates in a document library that warns before they expire, and see your win/loss reasons and hit rate.

Pro and Business

Also: tasks with a Today view and an early-morning email of what's due, templates, automations (Pro and Business), CSV import with duplicate checks, full data export, owner/admin/member roles, search across everything, and sign-in with Google, Microsoft or an emailed code.

Works with Xero

A deep Xero integration, not just a connector.

A basic connector pushes an invoice across and stops. DealMate sends your quotes to Xero as drafts, then brings what Xero knows back to the people selling: who's paid, who owes you, and who's due to buy again.

Draft invoices and quotes

Send a won deal or a quote to Xero as a draft invoice or draft quote, with your line items, item codes and GST.

Products from Xero

Your Xero products and services sync into DealMate, ready to pick when you build a quote.

Payment status on the deal

Awaiting payment, overdue or paid, with the invoice number, on the deal, the board and signed agreements.

Customer money

Each customer's lifetime spend, last purchase, outstanding and overdue balance on their company page.

Overdue warnings

A red flag on the board and the deal, and a warning when you quote, if the customer owes you money.

Reorder reminders

Today tells you when a regular customer is due to reorder, based on their buying pattern in Xero.

Renewal reminders

Repeating invoices show as renewals, and Today flags any that are about to end.

Contacts without duplicates

Contacts are matched before anything is created, or link the right one yourself by searching Xero. Two-way sync is optional and off until you turn it on.

Your Xero settings

Payment terms flow through to proformas and drafts; see your Xero tax rates and pick a branding theme.

Proforma invoices

Turn a quote into a proforma, clearly labelled “not a tax invoice”, with your terms and bank details.

Agreement billing

Bill a signed agreement through the deal's Xero invoice, and see its invoice number and paid status.

Nothing happens behind your back

Everything goes to Xero as a draft. Nothing is approved or emailed from Xero automatically.

Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited. DealMate is an independent product that works with Xero and isn't affiliated with, endorsed or certified by Xero.

Built here, for here

A New Zealand CRM, not an overseas one with NZ prices.

DealMate is designed, built and supported in Aotearoa. It handles the local details overseas CRMs leave to you.

GST done properly

Quotes add 15% GST for NZ customers and zero-rate overseas ones. Your DealMate subscription comes with NZ tax invoices.

NZ-dollar pricing, no add-ons

Pay in NZ dollars with GST shown, not US dollars plus surprises. Email tracking, sequences and quotes come in the plan, not as extras. See the comparison.

Unsubscribe built in

Every email sent from DealMate has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honoured automatically, as the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 requires.

Works with Xero

Send won deals to Xero as draft invoices or quotes with GST, keep products and contacts in sync, see each customer's spend and overdue invoices, and get reorder and renewal reminders. On Pro and Business.

Our story

Built by an NZ business, for NZ businesses.

DealMate is made by Rebellion Digital, a studio in the Bay of Plenty. We've started and grown our own businesses, and we got tired of paying US dollars for big overseas CRMs we only used a tenth of, then paying again for add-ons.

So we built the part we needed, and we use it every day: DealMate runs the enquiries and partnerships pipeline in a business we own. If something's annoying, we feel it first and fix it. When you get in touch, you're talking to the people who build it.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Is DealMate made in New Zealand?

Yes. DealMate is designed, built and supported in Aotearoa New Zealand by Rebellion Digital in the Bay of Plenty. The company behind it is Rebellion Ltd, a New Zealand company.

Where is my data stored?

DealMate runs on Cloudflare's secure global network. Your workspace database and files are stored in Cloudflare's Oceania region. We don't claim your data stays inside New Zealand. You can export everything or delete your workspace yourself at any time.

Does DealMate work with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 and emails with your contacts sync onto their deals. Gmail sync is in early access. With any email app you can also BCC your workspace's logging address.

Do DealMate quotes include GST?

Yes. If your business is GST-registered, quotes add 15% GST for New Zealand customers and zero-rate customers overseas. Quotes have line items, discounts and cents, a PDF, and your customer can accept online.

Does DealMate connect to Xero?

Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. Connect Xero in Settings and send a deal to Xero as a draft invoice or quote, with the lines and 15% GST from your DealMate quote. DealMate finds or creates the customer in Xero, syncs your contacts without duplicates, and shows on the deal when the invoice is awaiting payment, overdue or paid. It also brings in your Xero products and services for quotes, shows each customer's lifetime spend and outstanding or overdue invoices, flags deals for customers who owe you money, and reminds you on Today when a regular customer is due to reorder or a repeating invoice is about to end. Contact details can sync both ways: updating Xero from DealMate stays off until you turn it on. Nothing is approved or emailed from Xero automatically.

Can I use DealMate on my phone?

Yes. DealMate works in your phone's browser and can be installed on your home screen like an app, on iPhone and Android.
